THAIS, Inc.'s activities are particularly directed to serving Thais who are low-income, mono-lingual and who, in the past, have been left out of social services. We seek to involve Thais of all ages and backgrounds. Our activities and community involvement include:
• Free Breast Cancer Screening
• Enrollment Assistance programs for Medi-Cal, Healthy Families, Low-income Housing, Food Stamps and Welfare.
• Senior Program
• Youth Program
• Hypertension, Diabetes, and Cholesterol Screening
• Annual Health Fair
• Computer Job Training For Seniors
• Children's Tobacco Education Program
• After School Tutoring
• The Bamboo Teen Club For Thai Youth
• Annual Thai Heritage and Food Festival
